The project included digging out a jungle of old agapanthus obstructing the pathway, and installing Ice Rock gravel with paver stepping stones in its place. We installed a clean border between concrete and grass using timber and Oxyshield, and selected new low maintenance shrubs, picked specifically for our client’s favourite colours and fragrances. We installed breathable Weed Gunnel matting for soil health and low maintenance requirements, and mulched with Tassie Gold gravel and double cut gum. We trimmed surrounding hedges, and carefully removed unwanted trees.

We even uncovered an existing brick garden border and were able to clean them up for a future project.

The result is a refreshed, functional and accessible garden that feels exactly like her own.
